Dislikes

Upper management simply doesn't practice whT they preach. As a former long term employee, I can attest to a lack of trustworthiness and a lack of integrity. If you work under the VP Lance Goss or Regional Ashleigh Fisher, be aware of their lack of integrity. They are smart people but you can't teach integrity.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
