They don’t give a shit about employee , there are lot of politics, they directly cut the salary without giving any reason to anyone. From founder to manager everyone use the employees for their benefit.

1. Vague contract. 2. New ways of deducting salary. 3. Toxic managers and Office cultures. 4. Failed vultures from Newton School runs this place. 5. No job security. Will find new reasons to kick you out. and deduct salary. 6. Poor company, poor infrastructure. 7. Scams people by false selling. 8. Founders are big time idiots. 10. No work ethics, will make you work full day on a half day and will ask you to come to office on holidays shamelessly.

Nothing I liked about this company. The company is not even registered. They are fooling people. Only Tuesday is weekoff, sometimes they ask to work on Tuesdays too

...y train on DSA and System Design, which is a joke. If you don't clear your mock. They don't even pay you. And after working for 1 month they will will fire you stating performance. And will pay 4K (50% of that 2LPA variable) 1.58L is the product, and you can never sell this product And yes, few innocent people fall trap and lose their hard earned money Check Google reviews, negative reviews are real. 4 and 5 star reviews are paid reviews. Full of pressure, training team is worst They onboard 20 to 25 people every week and fire 95% within 2 weeks, wasting their time One of the worst ever company. They haven't registered. Better not to waste time and money here.

they have designer their salary components in such a way. CTC - 10 LPA 4 LPA Fixed & 6 LPA Variable if you resign then they will release 50% of basic salary which is 20% of your over all salary. Join at your own risk and instead join NYIST at 12 LPA

Lot.. first they will lure you with a good salary package... Then you get to know the after working for one month with their over churned leads where most of the people don't even pick the phone and they want a sale from it if not you will get 50 percentage of basic pay.. that is hardly 7000 per month of rubbing your self...
