I work with the TL and manager was good he always support and guide me they also teach the new things it's helpful to the future.

Dislikes

Hexaware is a good company but talking about dislike part the appraisal part it's very slow process and the salary package was also low they should have to work on there STG people because they are not helping for the system implementation.

...od, HR doesn't support people, while recruiting the promises made are all vague. Salary is also not constant here.

Hexaware has a very great work ethic. They have a disciplined work culture with utmost transperancy & healthy relationship between the manager/supervisor. Work life balance is greatly maintained here.

Dislikes

The salary hike is not great however I highly appreciate the company's appraisal cycle happen every year but the salary hike disappoints.

...h, HR makes you to sign bond of 1-2 years and it is mandatory before joining. Most often employees need to work on weekends without pay. Less employees and more work. Plan leaves are only on paper. Employees have beg for plan leaves. TL's and management are less supportive and less knowledgeable. For every doubts you have to depend on only colleagues. No SME support on floor. Freshers and joiners suffers alot initially.

I was working with hexaware for a year during COVID time. The only thing I liked was able to put some creativity in my work.

Dislikes

...omotion and appraisals. Bias management and outdated systems provided to work. 12-14 hrs working per day was expected without OT or any compensation.
