Culture is worse. They force employees to work from office. Ask people to work from locations without asking location preferences.

Dislikes

Culture is bad. Managers are toxic. The salary has 20% variable component. I have a CTC of 20 lakh, still I get less In-hand salary than folks who have a CTC of 15 lakhs at other organisation.

Operations Team under the leadership of Harjeet, Balaji and Kirrit Patel.

Dislikes

Their salary conditions are worst. Every month salary comes low and will be adjusted as arrears the nxt month. HR named Selvakumar Sakthivel. I dont know how he became an HR. He threatens victims of POSH cases. HR like him should be jailed for such criminal mindsets.

Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

Dislikes

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

- Poor HR policy. - Unsupportive management or leadership. - Very little salary hike or promotion. - 3 month long notice period. - 45+ days for FNF payment. - Unsupportive HR department.

Very Terrible experience, in pandamic when employees need job security, company hr and management forcing to resigned no salary and only basic pay given to bench employee... Company always good but bad practice and bad management spoils poor employees career
