Guys, Please note if you are joining clarify the worse VPA scheme bcoz you will not receive your said in hand salary at the time of interview or salary negotiations. Always ask your in hand salary in VPA 2 Rating bocoz that’s what you will get if the said in hand salary is in VPA 3 kindly get it changed before accepting the offer. No work culture No professionalism No Ethics No Floor decorum No work life balance

Nothing to like. It was only salary but now it is also not good. Management does anything they want.... Do not think about employees and their work. Just to justify their work they cut salary of employees unnecessarily and deliberately, so they can show the minimum expenditure. Any rules and regulations will be imposed whenever they like to introduce and it will definitely not in the favor of employees.

Job security. Helpfull colleagues. Get working experience and Improve skills by yourselves while working in the company then jump to the good company

Dislikes

No salary growth Working hours for more than 11 hours and heavy work pressure without incentives No careers/skill development for future. There is government holiday and company holiday available as per the hexaware rules but you need to work in that day. Managers will make you run away from this job like they will give you mentally pressure. Only positive thing is working experience.

Management was big problem of SHIELD process. No equality only partiality and favouritism. Lot of pressure and mentally torture from management and TLs. Don't steal Incentives. Treat agent as human not robot. 0% work satisfaction and worst culture I have ever experience and no growth for agent like us as we are not favourites of management in SHIELD process. ZT are cancelled for favourite people and for us unnecessary ZT.

I like my job profile. Which was basically a data entry job.

Hexaware job culture is very very poor, salary is nothing more then a pocket money. 1.2lpa is a joke. They only care about savings money. 7 hour shift is just for a name. You will be asked to work 10 to 12 hours everyday in peek season just because they don't hire more people. They believe in pushing there executives to work double. That too Without any extra time bonuses. Working overtime in Night shift for last 2 years made me look like monkey.
