The initial training was good. Hackethons are good.

... given rather than one which he is good at. Senior management are not helpful. If you try hard to change your domain you'll get a threat to pay the bond amount and leave the company. Honestly very bad experience as a freshman here.

...eet, they will hire you for A job role, but will ask you to work for B job role. They will mention you will receive Net Monthly salary in your training days as per Rating 3 and will ask to sign a document to accept VPA. But, you will get Rating 2 for training days. NOTE:- ALWAYS ASK YOUR NET MONTHLY SALARY AS RATING 1 or 2. Then you will meet, managers the next level scammers. They will ask you to work or weekoffs, public holidays and cancel your planned leaves in the name "BUSINESS REQUIREMENT", you will be trained on the process in 15 days instead of 1 month(mentioned by HR on calls) in the name "BUSINESS REQUIREMENT". You will not get support in OJT and will be expected to complete the target after shift hours. The OPERATIONS TEAM is WORST, ARROGANT & UNPROFESSIONAL. They hire mostly from Jan to April as they expect peak inflows from April to September, after this they don't need you and won't even care about you. You will put in such a situation that you will resign eventually.
