I work with the TL and manager was good he always support and guide me they also teach the new things it's helpful to the future.

Hexaware is a good company but talking about dislike part the appraisal part it's very slow process and the salary package was also low they should have to work on there STG people because they are not helping for the system implementation.

Depending upon the project you will experience differently. Hexaware gives a lot of training programs, udemy, hackathon to upskill oneself. Leave policy is good.

...t change even if you escalate. Compensation is another word for favour for them. Very less package and rare chances of promotion with 15 % hike in promotion. 4. No Bonus kind of thing exists. and many more..

... force them to do work they want even it's out of our position and experience, They want to hire PPL with less salary who can do work like someone with 10-11 yrs experience. Worst company, bad for mental health and stressful environment

No salary hike or promotions, work-life balance depends on client location. Management is very bad and terrible. Managers are basically tyrannical dictators

The work is good. The technical staff working with us are highly skilled. The work pressure might differ from project to project but still it is manageable. They provide learning curve enhance our skills by giving Udemy subscription, coupons for Cloud certifications.

Dislikes

The HR communication is very poor. The salary hike is below average hence people usually don't stay for long.
