Very Terrible experience, in pandamic when employees need job security, company hr and management forcing to resigned no salary and only basic pay given to bench employee... Company always good but bad practice and bad management spoils poor employees career

People don't talk about it openly. There are news that on bench are asked to leave with no compensation but there is no way to authenticate it.

Dislikes

The processes are not defined. Activity management is considered ad project management. Organization is against skip level meetings. There is little or no work life balance, the purpose of doing things at times isn't very clear.

Except compensation and benefits and growth strategies and work life balance rest is better

Leadership unreasonable expectations, work pressure by leaders, no proper channels or communication for executing the work, it’s my way highway kind of environment

1. You will get one time package if you are joining as lateral. 2. If you are lucky you will get WFH facility. 3. Pune campus feels like heaven in monsoon

1. You cannot ask for project/opportunity as per your interest/expertise.very less career growth in terms of learning 2. Not expect anything from appraisal.

...eet, they will hire you for A job role, but will ask you to work for B job role. They will mention you will receive Net Monthly salary in your training days as per Rating 3 and will ask to sign a document to accept VPA. But, you will get Rating 2 for training days. NOTE:- ALWAYS ASK YOUR NET MONTHLY SALARY AS RATING 1 or 2. Then you will meet, managers the next level scammers. They will ask you to work or weekoffs, public holidays and cancel your planned leaves in the name "BUSINESS REQUIREMENT", you will be trained on the process in 15 days instead of 1 month(mentioned by HR on calls) in the name "BUSINESS REQUIREMENT". You will not get support in OJT and will be expected to complete the target after shift hours. The OPERATIONS TEAM is WORST, ARROGANT & UNPROFESSIONAL. They hire mostly from Jan to April as they expect peak inflows from April to September, after this they don't need you and won't even care about you. You will put in such a situation that you will resign eventually.
