...st performer, it is not counted in appraisals. So what's use of best performing. You can sit quietly and get salary n go home. This is what demotivates emp and they leave rather than downgrading own performance.

In less salary they want expert like work. Food is unygenic and costly

I can strongly say, that they expect freshers(beginner )to be superstars with salary around 4 LPA should perform equivalent to 10 years of experienced people. They want to do more value additions for clients but won't provide hike for the same , it would be like doing things for self satisfaction, but after receiving words like you have done project work even after doing hardwork by competing with seniors would be a disaster in feel. One more is management , I could not say all projects but some have politics included and you will be thrown out of projects if you fight against politics. You would be rated bad even client appreciate you. Over all If your project director is good you will enjoy otherwise be ready for sacrifices.

Company outsource employees and you will report to client's manager. It is my experience that my hexaware manager doesn't have time to talk with me 5 minutes. There is no portal to search internal project openings. If you want to change project then you have to beg in front of your manager. There is no resource manager and HR is the most silent department in company. No one talk with you about your appraisal. You will get mandatory training emails but you won't get project in that technology. Here is lack of project.

Work from home facility And this is only because hexaware asked people to rejoin office post COVID 3rd lockdown and many people's left organisation and that was resources loss to hexaware due to this they are giving employees work from family. Another side of it lights water internet pantry etc all other maintenance charges are mostly in there pocket plus they are not paying employees any internet reimbursement etc. So, here as hexaware company is in PROFIT not the employees

...tion of January to December 2022 (forget about 2021 months you worked for them). Again, this 2022 appraisal later you will get August month of 2023 and for salary for already passed January to July 2023 months will be given as arrears from August 2023 month onwards NOT EVEN CREDIT IN TIME FOR PAST MONTH. They are giving employees hike by playing Ludo dice 🎲 just in between 1-5 % hike if dice 🎲 given 6 they will roll the dice again. They took every year 7 months to calculate last 1 year performance of employees and how much rating they gives based on what this is not even employee is aware about. And, this is not like organisation is not earing for whole year, this is the story of every year with every employee. Senior sent out mail like Amazon's meta bla bla bla clients are happy with us. No organisation gives bonuses and hike like us where we have given 100% hike to all. YES, WE as a EMPLOYEE CAN MUST SAY NO ORGANISATION GIVES HIKE LIKE YOU, HEXAWARE IS THE ONLY SHIT COMPANY WHO DOES THIS. They made nonsense joke of their employees by giving this hike as we are begger. These people don't even know how to give BONUS basically how bonus looks like.. they call variable pay as a bonus and that is also taxable. This organisation is only for indolent dum n lazy people like panda 🐼 they can just do work of 6 days in 6 month by receiving whatever in hand salary and spending many more years here with no appraisal hike. This is story for everyone eventhough people are staying here for 10-15 years because they converted themselves into PANDA 🐼 OR Donkey 🫏 . ALL PROFIT IS IN POCKET OF MANAGEMENT OR BOARD MEMBERS. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT EMPLOYEES अंग्रेजो वाला rule हैं तुम लोक काम करो aur हम लोक आपको मारके आपका रोटी मजुरी हडप कर लेंगे .. तुम लोग मर जाओ भुके पेट हमे क्या .. #JUST SHUT DOWN YOUR SHOP AND STOP 🛑 MAKING FOOL PEOPLE# EACH EMPLOYEE WILL PRAY FROM THEIR DIE HEART HEXAWARE SHOULD SUFFER LOT CRISIS AND ONE DAY WOULD END UP IN LOCKED GARAGE 🤮
