The three cofounders balance each other out very well. Ankur under whom I was reporting was very calm and open to suggestions atleast in my experience. Another manager, Vishesh was also very calm and fair. Except for my team, most of the managers were of good nature.

There is no job security at all, they might kick you out the very next day if they find you are not of much use to them. During my tenure, a few senior positions were occupied by unworthy people just because they were close to the senior management. Such unworthy people were too egoistic and used to create a highly toxic work environment for juniors.

# Next level of politics, people over here don't bother about getting the work done in right way they just bother about getting the politics done right # Managers over here have little or no work.to do hence they go to other employees desks and seats and keep playing dirty games. # founders of the company strictly believe in following the hierarchy hence politics is deeply embedded in this company. # HR the AM Hr of this company is even worst, she don't have any manners talk to any employees, still unable to understand why the hell she is so insecure with other female employees who are not even of her team, a hr plays a crucial role in promoting healthy environment when HR itself is insecure of her position how can she be able to promote health environment. #All kind of unprofessional attitude, rackless language is highly accepted in this company. #Sometimes you will be forced to do wrong things and if you raise your voice you will be out from the company. #Your Managers out here want to know each and everything about your personal life.

Very good organization Get chance to work independently, and company work culture is superb. While working here you can maintain work life balance. Management is very helpful, and you get appraisal as per performance.

I worked in Digital Marketing department in this company and I will not recommend anyone to join here at any cost. - 6 days working & poor work life balance - Zero job security and they will ask you to leave without any notice. - You will experience very toxic culture and very little to no learning. - There is very high level of politics between the Sales and the marketing team & the one who works sincerely here is made scapegoat. - Hiring & firing - In my tenure for 3 months in this company, I have seen 3 people terminated including me in this department. I will recommend anyone to join any good digital marketing agency or MNC rather than working in this unstructured 2 year old startup.

Not recommended as there is no work life balance. You have to show 9 hour shift but you have to sit full-fledged for 2 hour from home also which is not on record anywhere.
