Good place to gain knowledge and no work pressure. Have been working in Chennai location so couldn't gain employee contacts that much. Still have a boss (Ravi shesadri) who can understand employee concerns. Since we couldn't spend time together couldn't build a good rapport.

Opportunities were huge but recognition is not up to the mark.

Good learning platform for Freshers to start there career.

More stress, less people with more work, Weekends support, NO work life balance, No satisfaction from managers, Less holidays with less benefits, NO punctuality in crediting Salaries & delay in hike process.

A great thing about the company, is the learning you get from softwares they build for their clients. As a developer, you simply are not confined to front-end or back-end, but an amalgamation of both. Also, the top management committee members - CEO, HR, Project Manager, and the entire staff is approachable and helpful. I truly had a great professional experience. I wish them more growth and clients!

Actually, this feedback itself is absurd/weird. If 'you' are having the right potential, will to learn, and passion then, no company is to be disliked/ complained for. Think over it.
