The company was really good before the Sr. Director joined Hexagon

Dislikes

No work life balance Firing employees who are not in the good books of Sr Director and his favourite lead Low pay scale Low incentives No good clients Politics The Management is least concerned about the welbeing of the company

No job security.There are no fixed rules and decisions.Its run on monopoly of the husband and wife who are the CEO’s of the company.Not planned as one month they recruit and another month when the business is down they can fire you.Do not go on the employees reviews as they are asked to give review from the department.
