No job security.There are no fixed rules and decisions.Its run on monopoly of the husband and wife who are the CEO’s of the company.Not planned as one month they recruit and another month when the business is down they can fire you.Do not go on the employees reviews as they are asked to give review from the department.

To start your career this organisation is a very nice one as I would like to suggest you.As it teaches all of those things which are required in a corporate world sach as professionalism , positive attitude , market knowledge and many other aspects of life as well. Mr Vinayak Sawant is a very good manager i have ever seen.He was always there to help me in every situation.He has a very humble nature.God bless him😊🤗 Also Shalini ma’am has helped me a lot from my interviewing to onboarding process.She was always there to help me out.She is a very nice manager and very helpful in nature. I feel so cheerful as I was the part of this organisation.

In Little span of time I found tremendous growth opportunities.. it's a fast paced recruitment firm and deals with very good clients. My experience bwas very good .. people are very helpful and professional
