No job security.There are no fixed rules and decisions.Its run on monopoly of the husband and wife who are the CEO’s of the company.Not planned as one month they recruit and another month when the business is down they can fire you.Do not go on the employees reviews as they are asked to give review from the department.

If you are passionate about recruitment and when hexagon approach you for any opportunity never think a minute to join Hexagon.
