5years experienced personal has same salary as a 3 year experienced personal in the same company. Earlier company used to think its employees as its family and would assist them at every place but unfortunately 2019 after all the management change never been worst before. After covid everything got cost cutdown including the company gifts or Christmas cakes or whatever.

Dislikes

All the worst part is in the likes , what else would be needed here. Insurance is the other worst part here for senior employees which is equivalent to 1st level employees

Over expectations and want to work with less guidance from day1. Micro management and continuously manages and won't trust your skills. Each day at work is big doubt and won't guarantee job security at all.

somewhat low salaries compared to other product-based companies

Likes

Allows individuals to grow and add value to business value. Higher management is very good. Very well organized company. Provides very good support in times of difficulties. Considers hard work every quarter and presents employees with Honors with some money. A very good work-life balance.

Dislikes

Technologies that were used are old. Only some teams use latest technologies. Salary is low when compared to competitors. Except these company is very good and perfect place to work.

If you are willing to work at a place where you want to have good work life balance then hexagon is the best place to work.

Dislikes

There is nothing one would dislike about this company. If you are expecting very good pay and benefits you will be disappointed a bit because you won't get competitive pay compared with other product based companies.
