It's a part of Chiripal Group. Nothing is here to like. Politics is at higher level. The persons are completely lier. They don't know how to treat with employees. There is a person who called himself COO. That person don't have any knowledge of a single working area or subject. He is completely illiterate. If you are going to home on time so you are a very bed person in eyes of management. Even they don't know which product is fruitful to sell for profit. They only interested in daily meetings in which they were discussed about nonsense things and topics. There is no hierarchy. All the persons report to illiterate COO. HR is also a dumb person. He is also don't know how to talk with people. The HR head looks like feeble minded. Tere is no policies. Policies vary for person to person. If someone wants to ruin there career, personal life, mind, body then this group is perfect.Please alert from all the people of group if you are working there. Even don't trust the person who is sitting with you. The company fired all the marketing team in a month to get profit on their P&L. This is the core strategy to get profit.
