I am working here as Contractor and the journey has been amazing. The package is good from thr vendors and work life balance is good. However the conversion factor and time period is too long. And also being a contractor the job security is very less. Whenever they feel they dont have budget or they dont need you anymore, they will sack you on spot.

Horrible experience full pressure and stress management very less salary we more than 12hours they fully torture you day by day work surroundings and coworkers also not good very bad experience they always do partiality corner you compare with others etc

Good company to start with for freshers. Good company culture. Learning opportunities are high. Job security is good once you give Good performance on consistent basis. Management is decent.

Dislikes

Salary is low and promotion opportunities are less. Work will be stressful hence work satisfaction will not be good.
