Its a good company to settle as a manager with good salary package. Not recommended for fresher and below 5 yrs experience.

Initially HP was a very good organization but now due to poor management it has become good to bad, now bad to worst.

The working hours are flexible and you have the option to work from home and even from remote location. You do not have much trouble to get leaves. In that way HP Inc is quite flexible. It is the best place to work for a family person especially for women who are mothers and for those who have certain kind of responsibilities to fulfill in terms of family

Dislikes

... very poor yearly. The bonus amount is very low compared to other organisations. The pay scale is on the higher side but depends on your package in the previous organisation. Work timings are pretty much flexible but no job satisfaction in terms of appraisal and bonus

Work culture is good overall and work in new cloud technologies for even freshers

Low pay Low monetary benefits like wifi allowance, gym membership etc Paid transport Company is moving towards as a service model causing degradation in work environment, work culture and learning No food in the pantry

Helpful and supportive nature of all the tesm members. Excellent guidance from mentor as well as manager. Each of our idea was equally valued and is always taken into consideration irrespective of our designation. Excellent work life balance. HPE is a great start for freshers.

...oining as a full time employee next month, did find anything to be disliked yet. The compensation could have been little more than offered.
