Initially HP was a very good organization but now due to poor management it has become good to bad, now bad to worst.

Skill development policies and also mentoring policies to develop skills. Overall company policies are very good and appraisals are fair.we can get bonus and also good salary hike.

Good company to start with for freshers. Good company culture. Learning opportunities are high. Job security is good once you give Good performance on consistent basis. Management is decent.

Dislikes

Salary is low and promotion opportunities are less. Work will be stressful hence work satisfaction will not be good.
