I won't recommend anyone to join as contract job in HP Inc... If you get as Permanent, then go ahead to join...

...y Management introduced Edge-to-Office where you can work from home permanently. Male employees can avail Parental leave for six months with pay. Skill development policies and also mentoring policies to develop skills. Overall company policies are very good and appraisals are fair.we can get bonus and also good salary hike.

Over all it is very gud at career growth,salary,appraisal and job security.....but if we come across work environment ,work life balance .....too much in satisfaction....

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is more. The work pressure is high during month end and sometimes, I have to do overtime job.
