It is the best place to work for a family person especially for women who are mothers and for those who have certain kind of responsibilities to fulfill in terms of family

... very poor yearly. The bonus amount is very low compared to other organisations. The pay scale is on the higher side but depends on your package in the previous organisation. Work timings are pretty much flexible but no job satisfaction in terms of appraisal and bonus

The Senior Management is working on executing the principles to have increased productivity, happy employees. They are able to communicate the strategy to all employees regarding product mix.

Sometimes the compensation and benefits may seem not in line with industry standards.

... business hours.) 4. People are very helping and they will be always helpful. 5. Pay package is awesome for freshers which is nowhere CLOSE to what is given outside of HPE. 6. Free transport and lots of goodies and fun activities. However, the cons are;: 1. It takes a lot of time to grow in my profile (people with 8-10 years of experience are able to make it to next level only, when they could move to top positions in some other companies) 2. You get a lot of comfort here so you don't feel like struggling outside of HPE. That is when you get stuck here. 3. The pay increase is peanut like. For average performers, it has been 8-9% each year for the past two years (for people in my profile). 4. There is a strict adherence to break time, login and logout time since we support customers over call, chats and emails.

...nce with 0 politics. Work from home, policies are focusing on employee benefits. Average salary package, full team focused on innovation. Overall it's a good company to be retired here.

Only one drawback, as a new team no training, self learning. Salary could be more.
