Dislikes

Company having very small business unit in India, also they don't had a span of projects in India. they may hire you when they required and fire you when they think cost is getting high. No job security. Monopoly by one particular ethnicity group. No work culture

Work completion is good but way of completing by putting pressure upon site engineer is not good. Please maintain some understanding between office and site.

Dislikes

Rules need to be changed and work culture and salary to be increased for site people. Office persons along with designers high paid income is not necessary and site people has to be paid minimum.

It was good to work as independent site manager. Organization allow to take decision and act accordingly. In India , they are doing only Heater and reformer projects. It is good to represent the organization for Six long years.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

It was a small business unit in India, therefore future growth is very uncertain. presently they don't have any project in India, they are doing some modularization of heater for gulf country order.
