I would say very good atmosphere here to learn new skills even as a fresher If you are consistent after one year you can able to handle HPLC ,GC ,KF,WET Analysis. Job security unless until made a mess without any choice then no security till then it's like government job

Even it is big Company but Salaries are very less, specially for Bottom Level , new joins. And Pressure in plant while working

Job a part like to adopt coporate culture. how to maintain professional career like way to mould the work related terms whether it's tuf or not. RightNow i love my profession what i did was my first placement.

Salary for non-role or randstad or trainee its horrible to pay,my self that salary will not compare to daily wages but work and pressure will be same.

HRK Mahesh, Quality Director is the worst person. He doesn't have leadership skills. He will connect teams call in the night 22:00 hrs. Working till late hours mostly. He controls like owner of the company. He will disrespect everyone in the company. Company image is ruining because of him.

Everything is not in correct manner, the HR team is so old, they are settled there from starting they don't know anything and they won't listen. They think like they are God.

First The HR people has to change in that company then company may develop for working.
