Phones not allowed in atleast security office.I was suffering so many time .vuru velletappudu phone allow ledu.

Increments is not good, they compare to overall graphs, it seems low package employees get low increments. Suggestions. Lower package employees to get good package. Good things: good environment to work, but very low salary Comparison: Aurobindo giving 17000/month for freshers, Hetero giving 14000.

There is lot of politics.there is a bond of 3 yeares before which you can not resian.on the job training given to new joiners.

I never forget in my life, I started my career in hetero. Today I'm in successful position means firm has provided wonderful support to learn in many areas, especially thanks to my department head and other seniors who supported me to reach this level.

Dislikes

I like company policys and I never disappointed with firm rules and regulations. Only one I point would like to highlight that i expected little greater salary after 3 years of my service with the company.

For freshers company gives very good opportunity to explore,learn new skills , Apprisal or promotion was not that good but ok Only one week off Rotational shifts

Work culture was completely odd Favouritism does exists Only one week off Less pay but need to work like a slave
