India market is not focused and strategies keep on changing. 3) decision making and commitments from plant fails and hence customer Satisfaction is at stake 4) very limited growth in the organization 5) Appraisal and New skill development is not handled professionally.

Team and reporting manager was very supportive. Business and regulatory wise company was very strong. Company was emphasizing on automated system based work culture.

Dislikes

HR was totally missing with their basic functions. Appraisals had no timelines. Compensation was irrelevant and haywire.

All staff supporting nature. Knowledgeable every deportment. Good hospitality Work satisfaction Very good culture of administration.

Increment criteria is not good. Promotion criteria: After promotion salary structure is same. wok profile also same.

Salary and increments was very poor. More politics in the company ie.,unit 5 process electrical team lead person was very bad, he was harresing the people, wrongly protrate to the managers

Good for Shoe lickers. Everything will be good untill you expect anything from company. Job security is good

Poor work culture. HR policies are always in favour of management. HR always looks for the opportunity to deduct your salary. Salary hikes and promotions are not good, Leave policies are average. Attrition rate is high. Admin fecilities are pathetic. No benifits other then your compensation.
