There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you canot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

1.It's a bulk drug manufacturing industry where we can see and learn about many kinds of equipments and process. 2.Coming to department and we people involved any type of work irrespective of department.

...bond for 3 years and it's under contract (3rd party) recruitment for company. 2.Production people will do OT some times where company won't pay OT money.

Even In Covid times also we are working with High Responsibilities , even those are giving extra payment for Covid time also.

Dislikes

They provide low basic pay ,there is no much difference of Salaries between the qualifications.
