...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to nee joiners.

Likes

In this company every co- workers are helpful as well as they help you to learn the working culture of the site. The Site Incharge Gorge Varghese Sir is the finest man I have seen he is very helpful and our MD Sembhu Prasad he is fatherly character. I love them.

Dislikes

They don't wear proper atire in the office and here they don't see the pros and cons of the site and the safety in the site is not up to theark because none of the engineer wear there Saftey vest🦺 and during rainy season season they don't provide any site raincoat jacket.

2% working experience different from work in a difficult time period.....etc.

The company is undertaking infrastructure development projects. Good learning opportunity, better teammates. Lots of politics, better work environment at some sites.

Dislikes

Longest working hours, No increment.
