Salary negotiations are too tight while hiring.
Performance monitoring/appraisal mechanism is too weak & hence remains largely independent of the work delivery but roots largely into perceived image and relationships with the recommending authorities.

2. Highest Salary they offer to new joined employees who joined at their remote location plant.

7. Mostly reference employees are hired in New JV plant which makes the company environment toxic for non referenced employees.
Hero Motors best company for salary growth and skill. Because team leader Mr. Amit Gupta and Mr. Anil Rathi has good personality. He is trains the team from time to time and achieved the goals.
There is a lot of politics going on here. There are some people who have been doing the same work for many years. They do not allow the new ones to survive the job.
Salary & benefits can be improved, although it’s good but aspiration are always higher.
