Nothing to like in this showroom they stole customers and staffs both

...to 7 but actually the time goes up 8 or 8:30 and some times is more than 8:30 And salary date is not fixed they only give salary when they have money and muharat likely to be 10th of every month to 15th of every month And after joining the duty in any department the owner said that you have to do all work in that salary

I really liked atmosphere and their system. The nature of employees and our senior were also good. That's why i would like work with hero moto corp again.

I don't think there was anything missing there. Everything is good but there was some salary issue.

...idn't work there officially i was woked with the hero dealer shivani automobile.and now i had lefted the job for the reason of low salary. But i learnt there that how to communicate with each other lightly.

Irregularities there was thousand of rule but didn't followed flow by anyone

...nch in the office 7. Bus service from jaipur city to Kukas (office location) 8. Good salary for an OEM 9. Reasonable job security (although there was a compulsory VRS in the past)

Dislikes

1. Lack of concrete processes that eliminates human errors 2. Poor documentation level. Past learnings are not recorded as they should be 3. Poor planning and prioritisation . Plethora of models/variants vs limited time. 4. Poverty of ambition : doesn’t aim to be the market leader in terms of technology or new product. The vision steers towards revenue and automobile market share primarily . 5. PDCA is rare 6. Project management team is more concerned about time than Quality and cost.

Salary on time. Almost fair appraisal process.

Dislikes

Please join if you want to do outstation travel for 18-20 days with relatively less amount of TA and 10yrs old hotel policy. Unnecessary targets in service parameters. Planning department is here to remind you in which parameter you are not focusing not in how you should work. Unnecessary poking of CSPD. No work life balance. Now a days job security is not there. You have to give full explanation and you have to be responsible if you have not travelled in one month no matter you are down from health point of view or your closed person dies. Absolutely zero skill development program for field employee. If you don't have any option left then only join.
