Salary on time. Almost fair appraisal process.

Dislikes

Please join if you want to do outstation travel for 18-20 days with relatively less amount of TA and 10yrs old hotel policy. Unnecessary targets in service parameters. Planning department is here to remind you in which parameter you are not focusing not in how you should work. Unnecessary poking of CSPD. No work life balance. Now a days job security is not there. You have to give full explanation and you have to be responsible if you have not travelled in one month no matter you are down from health point of view or your closed person dies. Absolutely zero skill development program for field employee. If you don't have any option left then only join.

...tive aura there . However Management decided to mess it up. They announce VRS. VRS was not only targetted at some aged elederly people who are getting fat pay. Rather it was for full company. I have seen people with 5-7 months of experince being fired in name of VRS. There is no guarentee, frankly speaking, as to what they do and when they do. All the HOD's that were there have been fired ( under VRS) . All of them are at good places now but the thing is whatever people are there.... They even themselves dont know how long will they be there . They keep on talking about a VRS list that is coming. So better align yourself if you are going to join this company..... It is indeed a good company with beautiful people abd energetic environment bug what use it is of if the management is ready with a LIST of VRS every now and then.... Savdhaan Rahe Satark Rahe.....

Culture, work life balance excellent, extra curricular activities, feels like festive season at year end.

Dislikes

Away from city, salary disparity, your junior might getting better salary than you , outdated Bell curve method while giving annual upraisal.

Salary - The difference in TM sales , Area Manager & Zonal Manager is sky touching. This is the worst experience with Hero MotoCorp where there is no parity & employees within the organization have a huge salary bracket differences. Second is the scope of growth. After all it's an Indian MNC , so no spring boards for young energetic performers . You have to spend a big amount of time working here to get good promotions. Also even if you are promoted you will be paid very less than what an average pay would be for the respective designation.
