Poor management.Top level management was not good.Top level employees directly calling to low level employees regular or daily bases.they are not following channel like:-Top level call to mid level and mid level to low level management rule. Contractual employees do all work over there.

Good and supportive environment but now HMM is Imarticus learning as it is aquire by them, so let's see how further it is going on.

VP - Sales is only concerned about himself and his growth, Plays games behind your back and if you join in sales you are expected to only fix meetings and you will not be allowed to do your own meetings, he will attend on your behalf if it goes well credit goes to him and if it doesn't you are responsible. In short, would suggest you to not join here especially in Sales ( 15 people have left within six months) Good luck for your job search!

I learned a lot from working in Heromindmine company, the security there is very good, everything is well there.

The company is very good but there would have been disrespect on the designation i think......

Poor management. No learning. Nepotism is prevalent.

Dislikes

The company has traditional methods of management and that need to be improved to match current corporate world. Technology is far behind. Nepotism needs to be stopped. People have a sense of insecurity. Work life balance was a joke. Seniors were actually senior citizens so they could not welcome young thoughts and creativity.
