...up of companies, but the management, culture and work environment here is WORST. They can give you handsome package and in return takes your personal life, peace and mental balance. As per management we should be on our toes all the time and we must follow 24X7 shift. As per rules/policies shift timings are 10-7 but in normal course of action PPL normally works from 9am to 1am (on an average) even on Saturdays and Sundays. If your managers mood is good the you can enjoy ur Sunday for 3-4 hours. If you are on planned leave then you can enjoy but must take care of critical activities and serve 5 to 6 hours shift (on ur planned leave day) And, over and above they never gonna apprey you rather use foul language. So, if you want to live ur life....don't go for money and STAY AWAY FROM HERO HOUSING FINANCE LTD.

...ot take proper decision regarding ex employees he provided many benefits of new joing employees but ex employee salary not hiking not any types of pramotion if any type of promotion ex employee salary is not a suteble

pathetic work life balance.. 24*7 work timings.. No weekends, no personal life Extremely weak HR not concerned about the employees but only about how any form of benefit can be stopped Even durong these though times of Corona, even hospitalised people have to be on the job.. Else salary cuts Senior management and CEO are always at loggerheads making life of ht elower level employees hell Management lacks vision to look beyond 3 months.. All policies keep on changing regularly hence destroying the life of themselves as well as employees

Very bad experience, nothing ruls for senior, credit team is 0 supportive. No one listen your one word. Durty politics in Ahmedabad office. ASM dipendrasing rana is very bad person , always stop his sm an RM 'S file for get request from SM and RM. pranav and dipendra are very bad durty politics person. HR team are good. Dipendra always try his SM and RM to terminate in notice period if any body go another company for better opportunity.

Durty politics by dipendra and pranav, always stop his employee 's file 0 support and always try to terminate his employee if he his going another company. Always ask to tack money from costomer. We we were not give him money for disbursement he will stopp disbursement to talk with credit team. Credit team is under control of him.

The work culture is very poor. Only good thing was that the location was in Vasant Kunj, Delhi, but now it has moved to Gurugram, so that also is not there anymore

It’s a complete lala company where nobody takes responsibility. I have seen top managers shout at senior manager on floor. No respect to anyone. Managers use abusive language even those sitting in head office. Very poor work culture
