Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Decent Work Life Balance, Good Support from Management until you work there.

Current Situation of company is not good, it is already blacklisted from FAME 2 subsidy due to cheating the government. There has been no increment for past 2 years now and company still wants people to not leave. They do not accept or reject resignation, will not fulfill the F&F process and create unnecessary issues.

Good work culture. It’s employee friendly organisation. You will feel good here. They consider human life value, during Covid period in 2020 we worked around 7 months from home continuously. Promoters (specifically Mr. Naveen Munjal) are really good human beings.
