Company is good. Cab facility is there.

Dislikes

... to control employees. They want to control experienced employees like freshers. They use somewhat politics to cut your promotion, hike, bonus. Managers came from service based companies, manufacturing companies. They are want to treat all employees as labours as they treat in factories. In simple works : They made company as a military hostel.

The company is extremely toxic and there is alot of micromanagement that happens internally. There are very specific people who are given importance and the people who aggress to all they say only stay.

A wonderful organization globally with a great design legacy

Dislikes

A great company is being spoiled by the management in India. HR is powerless, works only as the messenger with no voice. The India sales leadership team has created a very toxic work environment - favoring or promoting only those who are in their control or do not raise voice against their wrong doings. The AVP who sits in Bangalore has all the liberty to set aside company policies / guidelines and operate as per his convenience. No one can raise the voice against his harassment as his reporting Manager, President of Millerknoll Contracts business, is in his complete control and doesn't listen anything against him. The one who tries to raise anything against the said AVP, is cornered and harassed by everyone in the India Sales team to an extent that he is forced to leave the organization. To work peacefully, get promotions - you don't need to perform, all you need to be in good books and control of the AVP.

If you challenge India leadership team's wrong doings, you will be harassed, sidelined. The HR is powerless and act as puppets of heavyweights in the system. They do not dare to question these heavyweights. The non-performers are protected and many of the performers, hardworking, loyal and sincere employees have been forced to leave the company
