The school doesn't maintain its own dignity. I have worked for 1 year and I have wasted a year from my career life.

...ches and doesn't bother about the health and family condition even if requested. They have mentioned Casual Leave in their contract but your salary shall be deducted for leave even if it's for a medical reason. The principal hardly visits school during working hours and is maintained by aan cordinator who is completely inappropriate for the post and doent even have proper degree.

The positive work culture where every HPS family member respect each other's perspective is a unique feature at HPS which has genuinely made it one of the best institutes to work. This has not only contributed towards building a strong and trustworthy team but also helped each one evolve as an open minded, caring and reflective individuals. Every staff member takes the ownership of his/her actions and is ever willing to improvise based on the feedbacks. Today, HPS stands as one of the tallest organization in the city.

Dislikes

I personally opine that we as educators must constantly strive for developing the much needed 21st century skills in our teaching and learning processes, competencies, mindsets and attitudes which would bring us par with the best schools of the country.
