...running by uneducated person, extreme work load with poor behavior with doctors. Salary issue; overworked payment processes after 3 months, so u can't get your money by time, they deduct salary of months. A dishonest company, they brake their own rule only when they need. Didn't get my joining letter/salary slip after working 13 months, they gave my salary only for 12 months (instead of promotion). A dishonest company.

High work pressure in minimum salary. Organization running by DISHONEST & UNEDUCATED person. Political environment. If u can buttering those uneducated person only u can get promote, Promotion is not related to working quality or efficiency, in this company.

...ou are come to office than please come, and if not than not given any work from home, also given the full salary, but increment is postponed.

They are not supporting through covid- 19 lockdown because our salary is very poor and this pandemic session travelling expenses very high , so we haven't affordable .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very poor and career growth is slow. Old employees have no opportunity .

Its great environment here, all employs have great quality & skills that the major things of our company, i think we have best team to handle all the situation like grievance,marketing,corporate etc.

Everything is is good if your job location is Surat & Ahmedabad which is in Gujarat's City. Your Colleagues your senior managers and your sr.Persons, great opportunity to learn of so much in insurance company and policies.

Third class support from Head office of this TPA Co., Poor HR Policies, wrost officers and staff who are seating at Head Office of this TPA, No Any salary Growth.
