Heritage has goodwill in markert because they are furnishing better service to customers through their best products. Personally , My family also customer of Heritage Foods, we consuming Heritage Milk and Curd on Daily. Overall, I am happy to worked at Heritage and I would like say thanks to Top Management.

...ithout employee interest, it will be caused push to employee unsecure situation.Salary growth is Low and not encouragble, HR dept does not consider and unfavorable for employee personal requests for who are interested and ready to work for long tenure. Some senior guys feels unsecured for thier position, So they are not support to junior level guys in their dept and They have very interested at office politics, these are created unhealthy conditions in company, this is caused to innocent people will be bothered.

Company policies regarding appraisals are not fair and they don't give salary hike, career growth is very slow, Expenses are not fair

I dislike about working at heritage food limited is it is far away from my native place That is more difficult to take leave and return back from home. I native place is in Nepal birgunj.

HFL Family eat up the entire salary of those who resign in the end & These people did not pay me my 21000 rupees and said that I did not complete the 20 day notice period whereas I had completed 16 days. As per their company rules, 4 days salary should be deducted but they deducted full 30 days salary.
