No increment, No promotion, No bonus It's been 4.5 years almost. Every time you will get another reason for not being promoted. Same reason for increment. And for your best performance you will get lots of unpaid awards for your work. But cannot expect any financial progress.

Working with here was the best even though growth is very less they have great HR policies and supportive colleagues. They form family when we work together more than colleagues.

Good place if you are starting your career. The salary is very low. But you get to work with people who are friendly and helpful.

Pathetic company, HR Department, and Management Low entey level salary, low increament Doesn't matter how much efforts you put You get increament literally on lottery basis Your seniority, experience, skills knowledge, efforts doesn't matter. some time you trained new resources for new project and those new resources get promoted to next rank, 100's of experience employees are on hold for promotion Don't join organization unless you are really in tight financial situation

Low Salary, It is a GIS field role if u left this organisation the experience which you will gain is of no use to other company rather than GIS role. So instead of doing GIS job here do Support or Testing job you will be benefited in the future.

Work life balance, initial days you will face challenges to achieve metric but work load is less, more facilities provided, managers are supportive

Low compensation salary package, lack of growth in organization, project leader bias towards senior members
