Poor growth Poor salary hikes and promotions Work life balance is very worst in the past 3 years (as Login time has been certainly increased to almost 8hrs which is monitored using tool and 8hrs to be reflected in production tools) Seniors/project coordinators tasks are hectic and no support from management whatsoever to mitigate the issue of recruiting new senior members

Working with here was the best even though growth is very less they have great HR policies and supportive colleagues. They form family when we work together more than colleagues.

Dislikes

Good place if you are starting your career. The salary is very low. But you get to work with people who are friendly and helpful.

Pathetic company, HR Department, and Management Low entey level salary, low increament Doesn't matter how much efforts you put You get increament literally on lottery basis Your seniority, experience, skills knowledge, efforts doesn't matter. some time you trained new resources for new project and those new resources get promoted to next rank, 100's of experience employees are on hold for promotion Don't join organization unless you are really in tight financial situation

1) In support function work pressures is more 2) For support function company also not provide transport facility 3) for production people they have very limited opportunity out side of company

Work culture of this organization is simply amazing. Happy to be part of this organization.

Growth is a bit stagnant for some good resources. Need to work a bit on the pay package to match up the market range.
