Growth is a bit stagnant for some good resources. Need to work a bit on the pay package to match up the market range.

-mostly engagements are with foreign stakeholders so don't find the logic of asking to be in office mandatory 2 days a week. -More trainings should be there wrt the work

If you want a chill life with avg career and salary growth the go for here tech. It provides a great work life balance.

They introduced prohance tool which monitors each and everything activity, click you do on your system.

HERE Technologies is one of the very good MNC out there, good office, good employee benefits. It is one such company you won't be club with WITCH companies.

...but it is not able to keep itself in Market. It is trying hard to stay relevant. Salary is also not good it is average. coming to projects, currently I don't think they have much good project but it is dependent on the team you are being put on.
