HERE Technologies is one of the very good MNC out there, good office, good employee benefits. It is one such company you won't be club with WITCH companies.

Dislikes

...but it is not able to keep itself in Market. It is trying hard to stay relevant. Salary is also not good it is average. coming to projects, currently I don't think they have much good project but it is dependent on the team you are being put on.

Likes

Work-life balance is quite good here. The culture is an inclusive one, but depends on the team you work in. Timings are flexible allowing for urgent personal work to be taken up too.

Dislikes

...appraisals or promotions twice in last 3 years stating various reasons/factors. Company is ready to provide compensation to new hires but nothing for long serving employees. This may be the case every where, but more prevalent in Here and nothing is done about this.

Likes

The management sells COMFORT and FLEXIBILITY as their USP to the employees. So everything but proper work and compensation.

Dislikes

...or leadership has enjoyed for too long without any proper or practical strategy. Try to save cost as much as they can by hiring employees from India for dirt cheap compensation. The managers take a mile from employees and only give an inch. management people try to take all the credit for the work of Engineers. Everyone from the Senior leadership to a normal engineers seems to be disassociating with the company pretty quick. It seems to go only downhill from here

Work life balance and scope for improvement given to everyone, even if someone makes a mistake he is not treated guilty he/she is given a chance to improve and support is provided.

Dislikes

Pay scale is too low, From last 2 years increment is not provided neither talented people are retained only old employees who don't want to grow and have got their comfort zone are their in the organisation
