Pay scale is too low, From last 2 years increment is not provided neither talented people are retained only old employees who don't want to grow and have got their comfort zone are their in the organisation

No career growth , Lots of conflict of interest observed, Managers only selects their known employees for any internal job opportunity, Company do not think about career and salary about their employees because of which about 1700 employees have resigned in 2021
