So many changes without any vision. The Top management was hoarded with several irrelevant roles, and those vertical heads for their existence introduce unnecessary process hurdles for majority of activities, an activity which use to get completed in 3 weeks of time, now take more than 3 months with no results. No management support to the downlines. Management folks are just pushing their days by reducing the engineers to the max ( No replacements for past 2 years)

Salary and benefits are good.

Dislikes

Career growth and promotion opportunities are slow. Management focus is not on employee welfare and no one pays attention on the employee. The seniors and the director is the worse of all . There is no ijp for years people are still taking calls from 5-7 years and no promotion of higher position is given. And there is discrimination as the office is in south India Bangalore and here management does not help the outsiders and makes sure secretly only locals and South Indians get all the opportunity. Worse leave management of all time , no option to apply for leaves all leaves can be applied by portal which once opens in 3 months and all the officers have to apply at the same time and it gets closed in 3-4 minutes. Company is good but member services team for contact center is the worse place in this company to work due to bad management bad wfm and bad director.
