Management at remote location hence delay in communication process hence it is very difficult to do any non-routine work. The location of the factory in a very interior location makes transportation and vendor availability difficult.

Safe for Female employees.

Dislikes

Management is fickle minded. Will review performance based on observation of few favorite employees. Believes in "Everyone should do everything" so KRA will keep changing every 6 months. Fires people based on Allegation of theft (Not proved) and without any reason. I have not seen such high rate of fire in such small time (7 persons in 2 years). Has a Hire and Fire policy. Will give warning letters on anything and everything if management dislikes you (managements favorite ppl dislikes u). Bad environment and too much office politics.
