Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? No future in this company . No profesnal. Management if you are working on Pacific area after few days GM will open another distribution. When sales person don't know about it and will say sell in new PD . No profesnal work . You will do will target managers will hold your incentive due to personal issues .
