Senior management is out of touch with the realities faced by employees.

Dislikes

There’s a complete lack of transparency regarding company decisions and policies. The benefits are mediocre at best, and the pay is not worth the hours you put in. Terrible management and constant micromanagement. No appreciation for hard work. There’s a culture of fear here. People are afraid to speak up or share their opinions. High turnover rates speak volumes about the work environment. Many good employees have left due to poor management.

Favoritism runs rampant, making it impossible to succeed based on merit. Attempts to voice concerns are met with anger, making it clear that management does not care about employee feedback.

... with negativity. It’s hard to stay motivated when everything feels so hopeless. Promotions are based on favoritism rather than merit; hard work doesn’t pay off here. Save yourself the trouble. The politics here are exhausting, and teamwork is non-existent. Benefits are subpar, leaving many employees feeling unsupported.

I regret joining this company. The lack of direction and support makes it unbearable. The company claims to promote work-life balance, but it’s just lip service.

They cut corners on employee benefits, leaving us with barely enough support when we need it most. Shift swapping was impossible, even in emergencies. Completely heartless!

...f meaningful change. You’ll feel more like a number than a valued employee here. I was asked to take on extra responsibilities without any compensation. The management is exploitative.

I’ve witnessed bullying among staff, and management does nothing about it.

Dislikes

My requests for a pay raise have been ignored. It’s disheartening to feel stuck in the same position. Management plays favorites, leaving hardworking employees feeling overlooked and frustrated. They claim to value employee input, but in reality, decisions are made behind closed doors with zero consideration for our feedback. Overworked and underappreciated. Efficiency just leads to more tasks. Supervisors are dismissive of employee concerns, fostering a toxic environment.
