It's shocking how out of touch the leadership is with the realities of working remotely. The workload is unmanageable, and there's no help in sight. Work-life balance? What a joke. Terrible management and constant micromanagement. No appreciation for hard work. There’s a culture of fear here. People are afraid to speak up or share their opinions. High turnover rates speak volumes about the work environment. Many good employees have left due to poor management.
