The lack of communication from the team is incredibly frustrating; I feel completely left in the dark.

Dislikes

Salary increases are just a myth; expect to be underpaid for your hard work. The lack of transparency from management breeds distrust. There’s no room for remote work or flexible hours, making it difficult to manage personal commitments. Managers belittle you openly; it’s like being in a high school cafeteria. If you value your career, look elsewhere. This company will only drag you down.

Many companies prioritize profit over employee well-being.

...d; it’s exploitative. Diversity is just a buzzword; actual inclusion is lacking. Salary increases are minimal and rarely happen on schedule. Office politics ruin any chance of collaboration. It’s every person for themselves here.

No respect for personal time; I often have to work late without pay. Contractors are expected to work twice as hard as full-time employees, yet receive no compensation during client holidays.

It's shocking how out of touch the leadership is with the realities of working remotely. The workload is unmanageable, and there's no help in sight. Work-life balance? What a joke. I was hired through a consultancy and only kept for a few months until the project ended. After that, I was let go without any communication.

Senior management is out of touch with the realities faced by employees.

Dislikes

There’s a complete lack of transparency regarding company decisions and policies. The benefits are mediocre at best, and the pay is not worth the hours you put in. Terrible management and constant micromanagement. No appreciation for hard work. There’s a culture of fear here. People are afraid to speak up or share their opinions. High turnover rates speak volumes about the work environment. Many good employees have left due to poor management.

Promotions are handed out based on personal relationships, not merit. Management's lack of vision makes it hard to understand the company’s goals and direction.

I was promised a competitive salary, but my pay is way below industry standards. There’s a lack of growth opportunities here, and the work feels stagnant. If you want a job that respects your time and effort, look elsewhere. This place doesn’t care. The training videos are overwhelming and poorly structured. I feel trapped in this job with no way out. The pressure to stay in the office is overwhelming.
