They expect you to work long hours without recognition. No incentives, just endless tasks. This company has no regard for employee well-being. It’s all about profit.

The workload is overwhelming, and the pay doesn’t match the effort. Work-life balance is non-existent. The stress levels are through the roof due to constant pressure. The biased treatment from management has made this job intolerable, and I fear for my wellbeing. They prioritize profit over people. It’s a shame because it could be a great place to work. Sick days are treated like a personal failure here.

They keep you under paid each day they will racist you. When it comes to salary crediting they will not pay you at all. Company CEO is also gadha he will steal certificate accreditation that person is not studied from IIT neither from IIM.
