If you're not part of the inner circle, you're left out in the cold. Leaders lack the necessary skills and experience. Their poor decisions affect everyone negatively.

The management style here is detrimental to morale. I left seeking a more supportive environment. The company culture is stagnant and uninspiring, making it hard to stay motivated.

Their promises of salary increases don’t translate to actual career development. Recognition is rare, and when it does happen, it feels forced and insincere. They make promises during the hiring process that they never intend to keep. The pay is not competitive, and they expect you to do everything with no acknowledgment or raise.
